General information about the body (Mazda Capella GE)

A characteristic feature of the car models described in this manual is the presence of a "Unibody" type design, which uses a trough-shaped element of the body floor together with front and rear longitudinal members. They provide support for body parts, front and rear suspension systems and other mechanical components. Certain parts are particularly vulnerable during an accident. They can be unscrewed and repaired or replaced. These include UZ moldings, bumpers, hood and trunk lids, and all glass.
