Expansion nozzle

The expansion nozzle consists of a measuring diaphragm and several filters.
1. Long (inlet) end
2. Sealing ring
3. Short (exhaust) end
Removal
1. Release the pressure in the system. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. On four-cylinder models, remove the power steering pump from the engine side (without disconnecting the tubes) and place it to the side. Remove the refrigerant pipe connections from the refrigerator to the evaporator using a special tool.
3. When you remove the tubes, you will see one end of the nozzle inside the tube leading to the evaporator. Remove the nozzle from the tube.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
