Before you begin troubleshooting any circuit, check the fuse and circuit breaker (if it is installed) and make sure they are in good working order. Make sure the battery is fully charged and its terminals are securely connected (see chapter 1). When checking the wiring, make sure that the connectors are in good condition, have no signs of corrosion, and that the terminals are in good contact with each other. When disconnecting connectors, do not pull on the wires, only on the connector body.
