1. Remove the brake master cylinder (see the "Brake Master Cylinder" section).

2. (Models with ABS system) Loosen the nuts and disconnect all pipes from the pressure modulator and the electronic control unit of the ABS system. If necessary, remove the pressure modulator (see the subchapter "Anti-lock braking system").

3. Loosen the nuts and disconnect the brake pipes from the master cylinder.

4. Remove the parts in the order they are numbered in the assembly drawing "Removing and installing the brake booster".

Note:
  • Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
  • After installation, check the brake pedal (see the "Brake pedal" section).
