The models are of block construction. The car body is designed to provide rigidity to the car without the need for a separate stiffening frame. The side rails of the front and rear frames are attached to the body with sheet metal, to the front and rear suspension, and to other mechanical parts. Due to this type of construction, it is very important that in the event of a collision the underbody must be fully inspected with appropriate equipment.
