Steering wheel height adjustment (Mazda Capella GC)
To change the angle of the steering wheel, push down on the locking device handle located under the steering wheel shaft and position the steering wheel at an angle that is comfortable for driving. Then lift the locking device handle up until it locks into place. Once you have completed the adjustment, rock the steering wheel up and down to ensure it is locked.
