- 1 Grasp the tongue of the seat belt.
- 2 Slowly pull the strap out and place it over the middle of the shoulder and pelvic area.
- 3 Place the tongue into the lock slot. You will hear a click - it indicates that the belt is locked.
Position the seat belt as low as possible over the pelvic area to avoid slipping down in the event of an accident. Adjust the belt to a comfortable and correct position by slightly pulling it out of the retractor. The retractor is designed in such a way as to remove unnecessary parts of the belt and to keep it taut.
Comment! If the seat belt does not fully retract, try to pull it out and check if it has knots or if it is upside down. Also check that the belt is not twisted during retraction.
Carefully! The seat belts must not catch on the hand. Never place the seat belt around the neck and on the inside shoulder. Make sure that the smaller part of the belt is carefully adjusted in the pelvic area. The seat belt lap should only be placed on the outer shoulder. If these precautions are not observed, the risk of serious injury increases in case of accidents.
To disconnect the seat belts, press the unlock button located on the lock.
The seat belt adjuster allows you to make four different adjustments to adjust the seat belt belt according to the size of the passenger. For the adjustment process, it is enough to pull out the button, select a comfortable position and then release the button.
