Removal
1. Remove the air duct and trim from under the dashboard to access the pedal mount.
2. Remove the bracket and disconnect the upper end of the clutch pedal return rod.
3. Remove the pedal pivot bolt and nut, disconnect the clutch cable, and remove the pedal and return rod assembly.
Installation
4. Before installation, thoroughly lubricate the pedal bushings to the cable hook with lithium grease.
5. Install the pedal back into place, insert the pivot bolt and nut, and connect the clutch cable to the pedal.
6. Attach the pedal return rod.
7. See. Section 1 and check the clutch pedal height and play, adjusting them as necessary.
8. Adjust the length of the return spring by turning the nut on the rod. Distance between spring support and the auxiliary support should be 3.35±0.5 cm.
9. Install the duct and trim.
