Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.
Remove the steering wheel.
Remove the screws and remove the upper and lower steering column covers.
Remove the ignition switch retaining ring.
Remove the ignition switch illumination lamp and (if necessary) steering column tilt lever.
Loosen the ignition switch clamp screw.
Lift the combination switch's mounting tab, then pull the switch off the steering column.
Disconnect the contact connectors from the switch.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
