Checking the three-way adjustable shock absorber drive (Mazda Capella GC)

Remove the shock absorber drive cover and disconnect the connector.

Use an ohmmeter to measure the resistance between contacts "L" and "B" (sports mode) and contacts "W" and "B" (normal mode) (figure 13.27). The resistance should be between 2.8 and 3.3 ohms.
