Clutch check (Mazda Capella GE)

All models with a manual transmission are equipped with a dry, single-plate clutch with a diaphragm spring and hydraulic clutch release.

Examination

1. When checking the clutch, first of all, check the hydraulic fluid level in the reservoir.

2. Check the condition of hydraulic hoses and connections.

3. Check the operation of the clutch and the condition of the clutch release lever bushing.
