1. Remove the parts in the sequence shown in the figure "Disassembling and assembling the cylinder block".

2 - connecting rod lower head cover,
3 - lower connecting rod bearing shell,
4 - connecting rod and piston group assembly,
5 - upper connecting rod bearing shell,
6 - piston rings,
7 - retaining ring,
8 - piston pin,
9 - piston,
10 - connecting rod,
11 - main bearing caps,
12 - lower main bearing shells and thrust half rings,
13 - crankshaft,
14 - upper main bearing shells and thrust half rings,
15 - bypass bolt and oil nozzle,
16 - cylinder block.


2. Installation of parts during assembly is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
