1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the flywheel.

3. Remove the parts in the order they are numbered in the figure.

4. Installation of parts during assembly is carried out in the reverse order of removal

Note on removing the rear crankshaft oil seal



1. Cut off the edge of the oil seal.

2. Using a screwdriver wrapped in a cloth, remove the seal.

Note on installing the rear oil seal



1. Apply a coat of engine oil to the lip of the new crankshaft rear oil seal.

2. Carefully pre-install the oil seal into the rear oil seal holder by hand.



3. Using a hammer and a mandrel of suitable diameter, press the oil seal into the rear oil seal holder.

Note: The oil seal should be installed flush with the rear oil seal holder by 0 - 0.5 mm.
