Location of the fuse box
Each of the fuses is designed to protect a specific circuit and various circuits are signed directly on the fuse panel (photo). A miniature fuse clip is included in the box.
The location of the fuses and information about their purpose can be found on the cover of the fuse box
If an electrical component is faulty, the fuse must first be checked. A blown fuse is easy to see when examining its case against the light. Also, given the conductivity, check the clamps in the fuse box.
It is important that the correct fuse is installed. Different amounts of electric current in the circuits are indicated by different colors on the fuse and also marked on the cover of the fuse box.
In no case should you make a jumper made of metal or foil on a blown fuse. This can result in serious damage to the electrical system.
If the fuse blows immediately when you replace it, do not change it again until the cause has been corrected. In most cases, this is a short circuit in the wiring caused by a broken or damaged wire.
The heater and air conditioner consume a lot of energy and therefore the fuse box contains a reverse current relay to protect their circuits. If the reverse current relay circuit is broken, turn off the air conditioner and heater before pressing the reverse current relay reset button again.
