Location of the fuse box
Each fuse protects a specific circuit, and the various circuits are labeled directly on the fuse panel (photo). A miniature fuse replacement clip is located inside the box.
The location of the fuses and information about their purpose can be found on the fuse box cover
If an electrical component is faulty, the first thing to check is the fuse. A burnt fuse can be easily seen by holding its body up to the light. Also, taking into account the conductivity, check the terminals in the fuse box.
It is important that the correct fuse is installed. The different amounts of electrical current in the circuits are indicated by different colors on the fuse and are also marked on the fuse box cover.
Under no circumstances should you make a jumper from metal or foil across a blown fuse. This could result in serious damage to the electrical system.
If a fuse blows immediately when replaced, do not replace it again until the cause has been identified and corrected. In most cases, it is a short circuit in the electrical wiring caused by a broken or damaged wire.
The heater and air conditioner consume a lot of power, so the fuse box contains a reverse current relay to protect their circuits. If the reverse current relay circuit is broken, turn off the air conditioner and heater before pressing the reverse current relay reset button again.
