Central control unit — removal and installation (Mazda Capella GE)

The electronic control unit is located under the instrument panel in front of the center console.

Removal and installation

1. Disable the airbag.



2. Remove the front panel from the center console and unscrew the electronic control unit mounting bolts (arrows).

3. Disconnect the connection connectors and remove the electronic control unit.

4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
