Outdoor lighting switch

The shift lever is located on the left side of the steering column.

Headlights and parking lights

The main lighting is controlled by a ring switch at the end of the lever, which has three positions:

OFF The lights are off

Front and rear side lights are on (turning the switch one click)

Low/high beam headlights are on (turning the switch twice) + side lighting

To turn on the high beam, move the lever away from you; to turn on the low beam, pull the lever towards you. To briefly turn on the high beam, pull the lever towards you all the way (it doesn't matter what position the switch is in). The switching on of the high and low beams is confirmed by the corresponding light indicators on the instrument panel.

In some countries, traffic regulations require that low beam headlights be turned on while driving at any time of the day. Vehicle models intended for sale in such countries. equipped with an appropriate outdoor lighting control system. The light required for daytime driving is switched on automatically when the ignition is turned on.

Fog lights

To turn on the fog lights, turn on the regular headlights and the switch on the left side of the dashboard

Front fog lights are on.

The rear fog light is on.

To turn off the fog lights and headlights, press their switch button again.

Note: At night and in clear weather, the rear fog light may blind drivers behind you. Remember to turn off the flashlight when it is no longer needed.

Setting the headlight beam height

Setting the headlight beam height

The height of the headlight beam can be adjusted using the switch on the left side of the front panel (next to the fog light switch).

Depending on the vehicle load, it is recommended to adjust the headlight beam height as follows.
  • 0 - 1 or 2 people in the front seats
  • 1-5 people
  • 2-5 people + maximum permitted load
  • 3 - Driver + maximum permitted load

Direction indicators

Direction indicators

The direction indicators are switched on by the exterior lighting lever (tear on the steering column).

To indicate a right turn, lift the lever to position 1. To indicate a left turn, lower the lever to position 5. The activation of the turn signals is confirmed by the flashing of the corresponding green indicators on the instrument panel. Once the turn is completed, the signal turns off automatically. If the turn signal does not turn off and the indicator continues to flash, return the lever to its original position 3 manually.

To signal a lane change, move the lever slightly up or down to positions 2 or 4 and hold the lever in this position until the maneuver is completed.
