Warning. If your vehicle's audio system is equipped with anti-theft protection, make sure you have the unlock code before disconnecting the battery.
2. Remove the starter as indicated in paragraph 15.
3. Disconnect the wire going from the traction relay to the motor (upper arrow in the figure16.3).
4. Remove the screws securing the relay to the housing (see Figure 16.3) and disconnect the relay from the housing (figure 16.4).
5. Installation of the relay is carried out in reverse order. Before installing the relay, lubricate the armature and pinion drive lever with grease.
