Ford KA: Removing and installing the outer door handle (Mazda 121 (3))

Note: The operations for this distribution correspond to those described for the Ford Fiesta/Mazda 121 models. Please note the following differences.

Removal

Use a sharp knife to trim the seal on the outer part of the door cover.

Note: The glass guide and cover are one piece.

Disconnect the rear door glass guide. To do this, drill out two rivets.

Installation

Insert the glass guide and secure it, if necessary, with suitable self-tapping screws.
