1 - nut,
2 - steering arm,
3 - nut,
4 - sector shaft,

6 - ring seal,

8 - retaining ring,
9 - stuffing box,
10 - retaining ring,
11 - thrust ring,
12 - valve and piston assembly,
13 - ring seal,
14 - ring seal,
15 - steering mechanism housing.
Note:
- Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
- After assembly, adjust the play of the steering mechanism.
Disassembly Notes
1. Pivot.
Using a special puller, remove the steering arm from the steering gear.
2. Sector shaft.
A) Loosen the shaft nut.
b) Turn away bolts of fastening of a cover.
V) Set the sector shaft to the middle position.
G) Using a plastic hammer, knock out the sector shaft from the underside.
d) Remove the sector shaft assembly with cover and nut.

Note:
- Be careful not to damage the piston o-rings during installation.
- Rotate the valve and piston slightly left and right when installing to avoid jamming the O-rings.
A) Install the valve assembly with the piston in the steering gear.
b) Using a special tool and a dynamometer, measure the resistance to rotation of the worm shaft.
- Torque - 0.64 - 1.23 Nm
- Dynamometer readings - 6.4 - 12.3 N
