Remove the oil filter.
Drain the fluid from the cooling system.

Disconnect the oil inlet and outlet hoses from the oil heat exchanger (figure 3.22).
Loosen the oil cooler mounting nut, after which the oil cooler can be removed from the cylinder block.
Before installation, replace the oil seal and position the oil heat exchanger so that the "UP" mark faces upward. Tighten the oil heat exchanger mounting nut to the specified torque.
Install a new oil filter and connect the hoses.
Fill the cooling system with fluid. Start the engine and check for oil or coolant leaks.
Turn off the ignition. Check the oil and coolant levels and top up if necessary.
