Removing
Disconnect the wire from the negative battery terminal.
Raise the front of the car and place on stands.
Drain the engine oil from the engine.
Remove the engine torque limiter.
Remove the right front wheel and mudguard.
Disconnect the exhaust pipe.
Using a hoist, hang the engine at the mounting point of support No. 3, unscrew the bolt and remove the mounting cushion.

Remove the clutch housing cover (pic. 3.23). Remove the oil pan skid plate (if the latter is provided in the design).
Turn out bolts of fastening of the oil pallet.
Lift the front of the engine and use a screwdriver inserted between the sump and cylinder block to separate the oil pan gasket.
Turn the front of the oil pan to the left and remove the pan.
Rinse the pan thoroughly with solvent.
Clean the mating surfaces of the oil pan and cylinder block.
Installation

If a gasket is not provided, apply a 6 mm bead of RTV type sealant to the mating surface of the oil pan. If a gasket is to be installed, apply sealant to the areas shaded in fig. 3.24.
Install the oil pan in place and secure with bolts. Tighten the bolts to the required torque.
Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following.
After installing the oil pan, fill the engine with the required amount of the recommended type of oil, start the engine and check for oil leakage.
