Tie rod ends — removal and installation (Mazda Capella GE)

Removal

1. Remove the front wheel.



2. Remove the lock nut and mark the installation position of the tip on the rod.



3. Remove the pin and unscrew the nut on the tip post.



4. Remove the tip from the hub bracket arm using a puller.

5. Unscrew the tip and remove it from the steering rod.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Screw the end onto the steering rod in the same position as before removal.
