Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Pump out the fluid from the power steering reservoir. Place a pan under the engine to collect the hydraulic fluid.
Models with a four-cylinder engine
3. Remove the pump drive belt protective shield.
4. Loosen the pump pulley mounting bolt.
5. Loosen the locking and adjusting bolt and remove the drive belt.

6. Disconnect the hydraulic fluid supply line (A) and the high pressure line (B) from the power steering pump (models with a 4-cylinder engine).
7. Disconnect the power steering switch connector.
8. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the pump.
Models with a six-cylinder engine

9. Disconnect the hydraulic fluid supply line (A) and the high pressure line (B) from the power steering pump (models with a 6-cylinder engine).
10. Remove the right front wheel and engine shield.
11. Loosen the pump pulley mounting bolt.
12. Loosen the locking and adjusting bolt and remove the drive belt.
13. Disconnect the hydraulic fluid supply line.
14. Disconnect the power steering switch connector.

15. Remove the adjustment bracket, unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the pump.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
