Front suspension hub bracket (Mazda Capella GE)

Removal

1. Remove the tappet from the hub mounting nut.



2. Unscrew the hub mounting nut.

3. Raise the vehicle and support it on supports. Remove the wheel.

4. Remove the brake caliper, caliper mounting bracket and brake disc.

5. Remove the ABS wheel sensor if necessary.



6. Loosen the hub bracket mounting nuts.

7. Disconnect the steering rod from the hub bracket arm.

8. Disconnect the ball joint from the hub bracket.

9. Remove the axle shaft from the hub.

10. Remove the mounting bolts and remove the hub bracket.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
