Examination
1. Raise and secure the front of the vehicle.
2. Inspect rubber mounts for wear and damage and replace if necessary.
3. Check that the support bolts are firmly tightened.
4. Check if the bearings themselves are worn out.
Replacement
Right support
1. Unscrew the through bolt of the support (A), upper bolts securing the support to the engine (IN). Remove the support.
2. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Front support
3. The front support is located between the engine and the radiator. Unscrew the through bolt of the front support (A) and nuts) IN), remove the support.
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Rear support
Attention! Access to this support is very difficult, for easier access you can remove the intake manifold.
6. Unscrew the through bolt, twist the nuts and remove the support. Unscrew the through bolt of the support (A) and gearbox bracket bolts (IN).
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Left supports
Upper support
8. The support is attached to the body and the top of the gearbox. Remove through bolt (A), bolt (IN) and a nut (WITH), disconnect the wires and tighten the nut (D).
Bottom support
9. The lower support connects the gearbox to the cross member located underneath. Tighten two nuts (A) and two bolts (IN).
