1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the wiper arms, unscrew the nuts and remove them from the grooves.
3. Remove the hood and service opening cover.
4. Remove the tie rod and engine mounting bolts, disconnect the electrical connector and unhook the engine from the tie rod as shown in the accompanying illustrations.

5. Remove the traction bar from the vehicle through the access holes in the body.
6. Assembly is carried out in reverse order, making sure that the height of the holder is adjusted as shown in the accompanying illustration.
