1. Windshield wiper
To turn on the windshield wiper, push the lever handle down.
- INT - Intermittent operation mode
- I - Normal speed
- II - Increased speed

Attention:
- To avoid damaging your wiper blade or windshield, do not allow it to operate on dry glass.
- Do not use gasoline, kerosene, or solvent near or on the brush surface.
- To avoid damage to the wiper arm or other parts, never attempt to move the wiper with your hands.
Intermittent variable speed wiper mode
Set the handle to the "INT" position and select the desired wiper speed by turning the "INT" button.

2. "One-touch" wiper
To wipe the windshield once, push the handle forward and release. It will return to the "OFF" position.

3. Windshield washer
To wash the windshield, pull the handle towards you and hold it in this position. The windshield washer sprays fluid onto the glass and will continue to operate until the handle is released.
If the windshield washer does not work, check the fluid level in the windshield washer reservoir. If the fluid level is normal, contact a Mazda service station.

Caution! In very low temperatures, do not use windshield washer fluid without first warming the windshield, otherwise the fluid may freeze on the glass and make driving difficult.
Caution: To avoid damaging the windshield washer pump, never operate it if the windshield washer reservoir is empty.
