Block the front wheels, raise the rear of the car and secure it on supports.
Remove the rear wheels and release the vehicle's parking brake.
Loosen the lock nut and disconnect the parking brake cable housing from the caliper bracket. Disconnect the parking brake cable from the caliper lever (see Figure 14.34).
Install a hose clamp onto the brake hose going to the caliper.
Remove the hollow bolt and remove the brake hose from the caliper. Remove the washers.

Unscrew the upper and lower guide pins and remove the caliper from the bracket. Press down on the brake pads.
Check the guide pins and bushings for wear and damage; replace them if necessary.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Tighten all bolts and nuts to the specified torque, bleed air from the hydraulic drive of the brake system. Press the brake pedal several times to set the brake pads to the working position.
