Remove the hub, bearings and seal.
Use a dull chisel or punch to knock the bearing rings out of the hub.
Clean the bearing races in the hub. Lubricate the new rings and press them into place. Make sure that the rings are installed straight, otherwise they may be damaged.
Lubricate and install the bearings and seal, then install and adjust the hub.
