Remove the screws and the fuel level sensor (figure 13.64).

Connect the multimeter in resistance measurement mode to the contacts of the fuel level sensor connector. By moving the float up and down, compare the resistance measured at different points with the required values (figure 13.65).
If the resistance values obtained do not match the specified values, replace the fuel level sensor.
