Pull the locking handle down and up to check if it is locked properly.
Caution! Adjust the steering column position only when the vehicle is stationary.
Height-adjustable steering column (Mazda Capella GC)
Press down on the locking handle located under the steering column and hold it in the depressed position until the steering wheel is set to the desired position. After this, you should press the locking handle upwards with force.
Pull the locking handle down and up to check if it is locked properly.
