Removal
1. Loosen the lock nuts on the accelerator cable.
2. Turn the throttle lever and disconnect the cable.

3. Route the cable into the engine compartment and remove it from the vehicle.
Installation and adjustment
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
2. Check that the cable fully opens the throttle valve when you press the accelerator pedal. Check the free play of the cable.
3. To adjust the cable, loosen the lock nuts and adjust the cable.
