Resistance with the float lever lowered (the fuel tank is empty)

The resistance with the float lever lowered should be approximately 110 ohms.
Resistance with the float lever raised (the fuel tank is full)

The resistance with the float lever raised should be approximately 2–4 ohms.
Examination
1. Remove the fuel pump and check that the sensor resistance changes smoothly as the float drops from 110 ohms to approximately 2–4 ohms.
2. Replace the sensor if necessary.
Replacement

1. Disconnect the connection connector.

2. Unscrew the mounting nut and remove the sensor.
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
