Ford Fiesta/Mazda 121
The left and right drive shafts are the same length, with the right drive shaft being driven via an intermediate shaft. Inner joints (at the gearbox or on the intermediate shaft) are tripod constant velocity joints. The wheels have ball CV joints. The outer CV joints for the 1.3L engine are smaller than for the other engines.

Ford KA
The drive shafts are non-separable, and the right drive shaft is noticeably longer than the left one. To compensate for the vibrations of the right, longer shaft, a balancing weight is installed on it. The inner CV joints are tripod CV joints, the outer ones are ball CV joints.
