The left and right drive shafts are the same length, with the right drive shaft being driven via an intermediate shaft. Internal hinges (at the gearbox or on the intermediate shaft) are tripod hinges of equal angular velocities. The wheels have ball joints. External CV joints for the 1.3L engine are smaller than for other engines.

Ford KA
The drive shafts are one-piece, with the right drive shaft noticeably longer than the left. To compensate for the vibrations of the right, longer shaft, a balancing weight is installed on it. The inner CV joints are tripod CV joints, the outer ones are ball CV joints.
