Warning. Halogen lamps are filled with pressurized gas and may break if the surface is scratched or dirty. Wear protective goggles and handle the lamp by the base only. Do not touch the lamp glass with your hand as it is grease. placed on your fingers may cause the lamp to overheat and fail. If you touch the pump with your hand, wipe it with a cloth soaked in alcohol.
1. Open the hood.

2. Turn on the headlights and move the headlight housing to the top position. Disconnect the wire from the negative battery terminal (see chapter 1).
Warning. If your car radio has an anti-theft system, before disconnecting the battery, make sure that you have the unlock code for it,
3. Turn out screws of fastening of singing of facing of a headlight (pic. 14.3).
4. Turn out screws of fastening and remove a frame of fastening of a headlight (pic. 14.4).
5. Remove the headlight and disconnect the wiring connector from it (pic. 14.5).
6. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
Mazda model
7. From the back of the headlight assembly, disconnect the electrical connector, then remove the large rubber seal from the back of the headlight (pic. 14.7).
8. Squeeze the spring clips and remove the pump from the headlight housing.
9. Without touching the glass bulb with your hands, insert a new lamp into the cartridge, then insert the spring clip into place (see fig. 14.7).
10. Connect the electrical connector and make sure the headlight works.
