Adjusting the height of the pedal position
1. The height of the clutch pedal is the distance between the floor and the pedal pad (figure 8.1). If the pedal height is not correct Technical data, adjust it. The ride height is measured between the center of the pedal and the butt carpet.

2. To adjust the height of the clutch pedal, loosen the lock nut of the adjusting bolt. Turn the bolt out to increase the pedal height and turn it in to decrease the height (figure 8.2). After completing the adjustment, tighten the lock nut.

3. Adjust the engine starting system switch on the clutch pedal (see paragraph 9).
Adjusting the pedal free play
4. Free travel of the clutch pedal is considered to be the movement of the pedal before the clutch release mechanism starts to operate (figure 8.4). If the pedal free play does not match Technical data, adjust it.

5. To adjust the pedal free play, loosen the lock nut on the pedal push rod (figure 8.1). Turn the push rod, adjust the free play of the pedal and tighten the lock nut.
6. Adjust the engine start switch on the clutch pedal (see paragraph 9).
