2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
3. Disconnect the fuel supply hose from the fuel filter side of the engine and attach a pressure gauge in the same place.
4. Reattach the negative battery cable and turn on the ignition.
5. Attach the terminals to the fuel pump connector with a long wire and check that the fuel pressure is between 2.50-2.85 kg / cm2.

6. Start the engine at idle and check that the fuel pressure is between 1.9-2.3 kg/cm2.
7. If the fuel pressure is out of these limits, check the fuel filter, pump and pressure regulator.
8. Turn off the ignition, remove the jumper wire from the pressure gauge and install the fuel supply hose.
