2. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the air intake pipe (photo).

3. Disconnect the accelerator cable (photo) and the throttle position sensor wiring connector.

4. Unscrew the mounting bracket.
5. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the upper ports.
6. Disconnect the coolant hoses and the bypass air hose.
7. Unscrew the throttle body from the expansion tank, remove the gasket and disconnect the remaining vacuum hoses.
8. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order, but in this case install a new gasket and add to the cooling system as described in Section 1. Finally, adjust the throttle position sensor setting and idle speed as described in the following points and Chapter 3.
