2. The procedure for adjusting the shutter aperture will be given in Section 4, Chapter 8, but the gap is 1.66 to 2.16 mm.
3. To adjust the fast chill setting. throttle travel, open the throttle, then lower the high speed lever. travel to the second highest cam step is fast, cold. move. Using a drill, check the gap between the primary throttle valve and the bushing wall, it should be between 0.94 and 1.38 mm. If necessary, turn the adjusting screw as needed.
4. The throttle lock test procedure is as described in Section 4, Chapter 8, but the primary throttle must be open 50°before the secondary throttle begins to open. Check size - from 7.32 to 8.28 mm.
5. To adjust the fast chill setting. choke, open the throttle, then lower the quick-release lever. travel to the second highest position of the cam is fast, cold. move. Using a twist drill, check that the gap between the upper rib of the air damper and the wall of the sleeve is 0.60-1.00 mm. If slight adjustment is required, bend the key on the trigger rod. If slight adjustment is required, bend the damper return rod.
6. To adjust the Choke Lever, fully open the primary throttle, then use a twist drill to check the gap between the top rib of the choke and the bushing walls - from 0.07 to 0.51 mm. Bend the key if necessary.
7. To check for high choke frequency, start the engine and warm it up to normal temperature, then stop it and remove the air filter. Open the throttle slightly, then close the choke fully and release the throttle. The cam is fast, cold. travel will, when the primary throttle is pressed, open in the fast cold position. move. Connect a tachometer to the engine, then, without touching the throttle pedal, start the engine and check the engine speed - between 3000 and 4000 rpm. If necessary, turn the quick-release adjusting screw as required. move. Stop the engine, disconnect the tachometer and install the air filter.
