10.4.1. Pedal height adjustment
The pedal height between the bottom edge of the pedal and the floor should be 216.5–221.5 mm. To adjust, loosen the lock nut at the top of the pedal and adjust the pedal mount until the desired height is achieved. However, instead of the mounting bolt, a clutch pedal switch can be installed. In this case, you also need to loosen the lock nut and turn the switch. In both cases, retighten the lock nut.
10.4.2. Adjusting the pedal clearance
The clearance needs to be adjusted if the clutch does not disengage perfectly or if new parts have been installed.
If you move the pedal back and forth, holding it between your thumb and forefinger, the clearance should be 5-13 mm. To adjust, loosen the lock nut (4) in Figure 164 and move the push rod (5) of the clutch cylinder (5) until the desired clearance is achieved.
