To remove the clutch release bearing, you need to remove the return spring from the bearing and pull it out.
The clutch release fork must be pulled outward until the bearing can be removed.
To remove the clutch release fork, remove the spring clip used for safety and remove the fork from the bearing cap bolt. The clutch release bearing is sealed and must not be placed in any cleaning liquids.
Check that the bearing has no axial play and that it can be turned without leaving marks from the clamps. The bearing must be replaced together with the bushing.
When installing the clutch release fork, lubricate the rotating surfaces of the bearing with graphite and press on the bearing cap bolt until the spring lock snaps into place.
