After adjusting the free play, check the clutch pedal installation height by measuring the distance from the pedal pad to the engine compartment bulkhead and comparing the obtained value with the technical data.

To adjust the clutch pedal height, remove the heater duct located under the instrument panel. Loosen locknut 4 (figure 2.16) and adjust the pedal height by turning the locking adjusting bolt 5. After completing the adjustment, tighten the lock nut securely.

To adjust the pedal travel, press the clutch release lever in the engine compartment while simultaneously pulling the cable and check the pedal travel (figure 2.17). Loosen the lock nut and adjust the pedal travel by turning the adjusting nut 1. Before tightening the lock nut, check the pedal travel and the clutch control lever travel.
