Removal
Remove the timing belt covers.
Remove the timing belt.
Secure the driven pulley from turning by screwing a long bolt with a mandrel into the hole for one of the rear casing mounting bolts. Loosen the pulley mounting bolt and remove the washer and pulley.
Installation
Install the pulley onto the camshaft and align the marks on the pulley and cover. The pulley is installed on the shaft using a pin pressed into the front part of the camshaft, which must fit into the corresponding hole in the pulley.

Having secured the pulley from turning, screw in the bolt with the washer. Tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
Install the timing belt, cover and other removed parts.
