Replace the air filter every 50,000 km or every two years (Mazda Capella GF)

1. The air filter must be replaced at certain intervals.

2. Unfasten the air cleaner cover latches (figure 18.2).



3. Remove the cover.

4. Remove the filter from the housing (figure 18.4) and wipe the inner surfaces of the case and lid with a clean cloth.

5. Be careful not to drop anything into the open air purifier housing.

6. Insert the new filter into the housing, installing it correctly in the housing.

7. Cover the air purifier with the lid and fasten it securely.
