Removing
1. Release the pressure in the fuel system and disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Remove the air intake pipe.
4. Disconnect the cables, hoses and wires from the throttle body.
5. Disconnect the wire at the rear of the exhaust manifold (A), two fuel injector wires (IN),fuel pipe (WITH) and a vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator (D).
6. Disconnect the throttle cable (A), two wire solenoid valve (IN) and a bracket on which the connectors are fixed. Bolt (WITH) - This is one of the bracket bolts.
7. Disconnect wires from spark plugs.
8. Unscrew the bolts and twist the manifold nuts. Remove the manifold.
Installation
1. Clean off the remnants of the old gasket and carbon deposits from the mating surfaces of the manifold and cylinder head.
2. Under the intake manifold are two coolant bypass pipes. These tubes are difficult to maintain, so be sure to replace the coolant rubber hose and hose clamps every time you remove the manifold.
3. Install new intake manifold gaskets and the manifold itself.
4. Tighten the manifold bolts and nuts in three steps to the correct torque.
5. Install the remaining parts, start the engine and check the engine for leaks.
