Removing
Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery and remove the air filter.
Drain the coolant.
Remove the air filter.
Disconnect the air damper rod, throttle (if available), disconnect and move aside the control cable and vacuum hose.
Disconnect the heater hose on the partition of the engine compartment, as well as the vacuum hose from the brake booster housing.
Disconnect the fuel line and close it with a plug.
Disconnect the hoses from the activated charcoal tank (absorber), from the carburetor and purge hoses from the tank (if the latter exists).
Disconnect the four connectors from the carburetor and reservoir (if the latter exists).
Mark the remaining hoses and connectors that may interfere with the removal of the manifold by wrapping them with adhesive tape with numbers pasted on the sheets, and disconnect them.
Turn away bolts and nuts of fastening of an inlet collector and remove a collector from a head of the block of cylinders.
Remove the gasket.
Installation
Clean the mating planes of the manifold and cylinder head from the remnants of the gasket material and foreign contaminants, being careful not to damage the surfaces of these parts made of fragile aluminum alloy.
Install a new gasket, put the manifold on the mounting studs and screw on the nuts and bolts. Tighten nuts and bolts to the required torque. First tighten the nuts and bolts in the central part, and then crosswise, moving towards the periphery.
Install the parts that were removed to provide access to the nozzle.
